      29.09.2021 года я, Шуткин Владимир Евгеньевич, поступил в отделение ЛОР. ЭЛН 910084692514 выдан 06.10.2021. При поступлении мне делали рентген легких. Теперь мне предстоит плановый медосмотр по работе, где требуется флюорография. Как мне получить от Вас эту справку, так как я делал у вас рентген при поступлении.

        Доброе утро. Справку о том что вам сделан рентген в стационаре не выдают. Могут выдать лишь заключение.Для выдачи описания снимка и заключения необходимо подойти в приемную главного Врача и написать заявление, на основании этого заявления вам выдадут заключение на руки.
